Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are made specially for our limited releases and may require additional processing time before shipment.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and shipping timeframe provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Velouré Luxe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • carriers
  • customs
  • weather
  • incorrect shipping addresses
  • unforeseen production delays

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or production begins, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Velouré Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.
