Preorder Items

Preorder items require additional production time before shipment.

Estimated shipping timelines for preorder items will be noted on the product page and at checkout.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items become available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • failed delivery attempts
  • packages returned to sender

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Velouré Luxe is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Orders
